Wore this to a garden wedding and the satin ribbon tie kept the whole thing feeling romantic without being fussy. The pale yellow is true to the photos and the slip layer underneath means no worrying about what shows through. It's airy enough for a warm day but I didn't feel underdressed.
The embroidery on this is so delicate, little fairy blossoms scattered across the yellow. I wore it to a garden lunch and it stayed airy all afternoon, plus the floral trim along the hem is a sweet detail you only notice up close.
The satin ribbon tie is a nice touch and the dress drapes so airy for summer evenings. Only thing is the pale yellow is a touch more sheer than I expected, so I wear a slip underneath. Still really pretty for the price.
