The pleats at the front give these such a flattering shape, and the lurex tweed really does sparkle in sunlight. Wore them all day at a wedding shower and they never once felt tight or itchy.
I wore these to a dinner party and got three compliments before I even sat down. The pleats at the front hold their shape really well and the high waist is genuinely flattering. Pink tweed felt like a risk but it reads more romantic than loud in person.
The lurex tweed really sparkles in sunlight without looking cheap, and the high waist sits perfectly on my hips. The pleats at the front give it a cute vintage feel, wore them to a brunch and got compliments all day.
