The tulle shoulder pads give it such a fun vintage shape, way more structured than I expected for a mini dress. The cowl neck drapes really nicely too, no weird gaping when I move around.

Wore this to my engagement party and got compliments all night. The draped cowl-neck sits perfectly and the tulle shoulder pads give it that vintage romance without being over the top. The pink is even prettier in person than on screen.
